And boxing in 100 years will still be 2 people trying to punch each other as hard as they can, until the final bell or one of them can't go any longer.

Wouldn't the addition of, say, the spinning backfist ****e things up a bit?

With all the science coming along with PEDs, 3D printing, stem cell ****, VR technology & just science combating age & sickness I think you could have a near fight to the death in the future potentially to a as violent, but more PC fight in a virtual reality world that would feel real to the fighters & look real to fans, but would be 100% safe & guys could walk away unscathed after fights.

I think the science of stuff has slowed down a bit & the science of us is moving forward more so I feel like many of the technological advancements in the future will be human or enhance us as humans. How that affects boxing or ends boxing as we know it is an interesting debate.

Also you know those virtual reality PPV's are gonna be expensive as f#ck.

If humanity continues to develop its knowledge, boxing will probably be banned in most parts of the world.

... The same as to now or to some 2,500 years ago.

A tad apocalyptic, but not unlikely ... unfortunately ...

Then it will just go underground and happen illegally, like in its early days. Because there will always be people willing to fight for money and people willing to watch them fight.

Yes it would, as well as the Superman punch.
