Did Hank ever have to chase anyone as hard as he would have to chase those two?

hard style to beat...One has to have the endurance of a war horse. Exactly why many consider Hank the real best. its one of those matches where sometimes you get the dog and sometimes the dog gets you. Hank was like a pitbull. These dogs are not really big but evolution has left them with a big head, big strong jaws (not by any means the most pressure per a bite) and enough muscles to bring those facilities to bare...That is Hank and that is why he could fight at a heavier class and be so effective.

I don't think he'd have to chase De La Hoya who was never really a runner. If he could withstand Oscar's power early then he probably would grind him down and get a stoppage once the Golden Boy hit his usual late rounds fade.

Sugar Ray Leonard would likely use his speed to win a points decision.
