ray may win rounds until rocky connects than its over
Marciano is the bigger ,better boxer i dont see where Lamotta has any advantage to win rounds ,rounds being the key word as Lamotta is directly in front of the Marciano i cant see this going longer then 3 rounds .

I am comparing ray Robinson to rocky as the title of the threads subject lamotta Marciano is a different matter altogether in total favor of marciano as he just has to many advantages in that regard I agree

True which i was just pointing out Marciano is better than Lamotta ,SRR would have total difficultlies with Marciano .
When ray moved up to fight maxim the heat was a huge issue but even though maxim was being outboxed many people who saw the fight say maxim's weight and strength wore ray out as well. Rocky's aggressiveness and numbing power would be just to much even for the atg robinson.

Which is why weight classes are in place they are there for a reason no matter how good one is, im sure SRR was the better fighter Maxims size won over .Lamotta also didnt respond to the higher weight class ,he was a SMALL LHW ,he couldn't handle the bigger punchers as well ,that is directed at the few imbeciles on here since he had to be in a class as low as 155 to dominate as a pro..
..."Maxims size won over"...Sorry sonny wrong again! The heat over came Robinson, they also used two refs for the bout and rindsiders were fainting
during the night. Maybe Maxim was leaning on everyone?
.........."he was a SMALL LHW" ....yes he was however he was at the end of his prime years and fought at LtHy because he couldn't sacrifice to make 160 anymore! His best was behind him and that was more telling than how tall his opponents were. Hell most Middleweigyhts were taller than him (5'9")
.........."he couldn't handle the bigger punchers as well".......LaMotta is considered one of the "greatest chins" in any weight class! Anyone who studies boxings history knows that. He fought at 170 tpo 175 after making 160 the morings of the fight. He sparred with lightheavies and heavies and his chin ewas granite!
........"a class as low as 155 to dominate as a pro"........once and for all the last time...........There is NO 155lb Class! Get it!!! His lowest Middleweight weight was 157.5, most times he weighed in at 160 then rehydrated in his latter years as high as 175lb. Try to learn something from people who know.
Ray.......................lunch time and a ball game on TV.

Stamina will always come into play at the end of the day he lost ......how many wins does Lamotta have as a LHW ? Are you saying he wasnt getting hit harder and hurt more by lesser fighters than SRR in the LHW division? Middleweight was 154 to 160 ,Lamotta is no where near 175 you are still making him out to be in the middle weight class weather hes 155 or 165 that is nonsense of course he went heavier as time went on thats not even on topic ,i cant believe you are this desperate, maybe you should go check his resume and see what class he is RECOGNIZED at i believe it says "MIDDLEWEIGHT" ....
