It is an inside war. Hagler would not stick to the good outside plan long. Ring generalship was his only big weakness--he sometimes fought the other guys fight. I would give Monzon a better chance because he never followed the other guy's game plan.

Hagler would look slick as hell moving up. Braxton would look slow vs Hagler. But you are talking a big strength differential right here.

I can't see Hagler being stopped, he was defensively sound and tough as nails, iron chinned - but he could win or lose a UD.
