Lennox didn't beat WBC champion when he unified the belts, only beat 1 champion (Holyfield) who held WBA and IBF.

Wlad hasn't even had WBC or WBA belts.

Due to unfair stripping by sanctioning bodies.. That's the only reason.. They beat the guys that held the belts and were never defeated for them.. Chagev that beat valuev is an example

I thought that Wladimir holds the WBA title right now.

He holds the WBA (Super) title. For some reason, Chagaev is listed as regular WBA champ, even though Wlad already beat him. So really it's only the WBC belt he needs to win from Wilder to be undisputed.. Maybe he can fight Chagaev again after Wilder.

I guess in the early years most of them did, since there was only one belt, then later 2, so guys like Ali and Frazier would count as well. I know Holmes held both WBC and WBA, then later the new IBF belt, but not at the same time. Douglas did after beating Tyson, Holyfield did after beating Douglas, then it got muddled after that when Bowe vacated the WBC belt.

Yeah but that isn't unifying the belt, that's just beating the guy who unified the belt, or beating the guy who beat the guy and so on...

Ali didn't beat NABF champion when he unified the belts, only beat one champion (Foreman) who held WBC and WBA.

Frazier only beat one champion (Ellis) to WBA title, NYSAC and WBC were both vacant.

Holmes hasn't been undisputed champion because he never won WBA belt, he beat Norton and Smith to WBC and IBF respectively.
