Doesn't this belong under fantasy fights?

Even though Foreman's technique wasn't the best at times , I remember him delivering a peach of a left hook on Adilson Rodrigues who wasn't a slouch. He was a strong fighter.

Actually, he was trained by Dundee and that was the fight that sort of got people into thinking maybe this old man wasn't a joke after all. After the fight, Foreman met with Dundee in the airport In Las Vegas and agreed that Dundee would help out with training. He said he kind of always wanted Dundee to train him because of the fight in Zaire when he'd shouted to Ali: "don't you play with that sucker". And it stuck with him.

I believe the fight was on Tyson's or Holyfield's undercard or something. Because King and Arum were discussing who the best heavyweight in the world were or something. And they wanted to match tyson and foreman together.

yea,,I remember that fight well. it was on the Tyson/tillman undercard. would have been fascinating to see how big old George would have done with Tyson around that time. I think Tyson would have been probably too quick for George but young George would have stopped him by the mid rounds imo

I don't know man. Tyson was good for six rounds then after that not really that bad, but I think he would have met someone in George who for the first time in his career would push him back. I've always felt it was a bad match-up for Tyson. Especially the '90 version who didn't really train like he should.

I'm sad we didn't get to see that fight.
