man people have such high expectations for Naz, he was the best fw of his generation and held every single title, would have held them all at the same time but i remember some business with the ibf.

    Naz >>> Fenech anyday

Naz has him beat on speed, power and chin and accomplishments.

      I would have
Floyd n manny a little higher
Have toney a few spots higher

I'm not sold on donaire and starling just yet
Yeah, I was just sorta going down the list with what we had come up with. I am not comfortable with Pac and Mayweather being rated so high, with Manny's controversial fights with Marquez and Floyd never fighting Manny.

MAB was the best featherweight of Naz's generation surely?

Naz could have been a great he was quick, unorthodox, elusive and had insane power. But he regressed throughout his title reign. He became over reliant on his power. Leading up the Barrera fight up had looked like **** in many a fight, buttes had always managed to pull out the KO victory. Until MAB destroyed him.

Naz never learnt to use the physical gifts he was born with properly and so was schooled by the best fighter he ever faced. And he would have been schooled by Fenech too.

Beating Tapia, Fana, Salud, Hamed surely doesn't qualify him as the best feather of the generation does it? He should've lost the Morales fight at 126 handily as well, AND got shellacked by Pacquiao.

Barrera's work was largely at 122 where he was being hailed as the next Olivares/Chavez

Would have been an intriguing fight. Fenechs pressure would upset and frustrate naz but he could walk into a big one and that could be it, naz had the power to stop ANYONE at/around those weights

Put stock into the win he did have when they were both in their primes, but got screwed by Don King. A dominant, clear win shouldn't be ignored because of disgraceful corruption. It's no different than saying Whitaker didn't beat Chavez. Utterly absurd, as they both won their fights in every single way possible, but were screwed by corruption and greed.

Some people will argue that these guys didn't officially win, but then go on to talk about SD wins in close fights adding heaps to someone else's legacy.

Man, I still get so riled up by that. It would have been such an historical win if King didn't screw it up officially.

Fenech would have become the first undefeated four division champion ever and him being on this type of list wouldn't even be a question.

Sorry yeah, but Nelson was quite ill for that fight wasn't he? It wasn't that bad of a robbery. Nowhere NEAR Chavez/Whitaker. Don't even try that

No one is a bigger Jose Luis Castillo fan than me but he lacks great wins, Vasquez and Starling just flat out have much better resumes.

Calslappy is not even top 80.

You think Donaire has had a better career than Calzaghe?
