The first time I saw Randall Bailey fight he scored a one punch KO in the first round. If someone made a list of the top 50 most dangerous one punch KO fighters, Bailey would probably be on it.

Jackson and (especially) Hearns were much better fighters. That doesn't mean that P4P Bailey didn't hit as hard, although Jackson would be at the very top of that type of list.

True, not saying he doesn't hit hard, but honestly, who is the best guy he knocked out... Every world class guy he fought he got beatdown.. Hearns and Jackson were knocking out those caliber of guys,,,

Sure bailey hits hard, but never did it vs elite fighters.... If you can't land, it really doesn't matter how hard you hit

Wasn't that the story with Earnie Shavers too? I remember in the Marciano bio on ESPN Teddy Atlas saying that not only did Rocky hit hard, he also hit the target against the best competition when it mattered most and made a comparison by saying that Shavers could punch through a brick wall, but didn't have the same ability or accuracy against most of his top opponents.
