Thinking of Tonna, how could I forget Jean-Claude Bouttier ?

Also Alphonse Halimi and Christophe Tiozzo...

Does Jean Pascal count? There haven't even been that many notable boxers from the US lately, since such a smaller percentage of sports fans watch the sport these days.

Just a random question since this topic is started but what about Dutch boxers?

Anyone of note or even just good/decent fighters.

Not many. The only one I can think of straight off the bat is Regelio Tuur.

I do to. Jerome was a big strong athletic guy who could really punch, plus he has an insane reach. Jerome is a little chinny though.

You probably have already seen these fights, but if you haven't, Banner had some great fights with granite chinned Mark Hunt.

Yes, yes it is, since he fights out of Montreal but is Hatian born.

Does French-born Aussie Johnny Famechon count?

                    Featherweight champ in the 60's.

Wins over Fighting Harada and Jose Legra.

I don't think a Haitian born boxer who fights out of Montreal counts as a French fighter..........
