When were the first post fight interviews?

In the ring right after the fight I mean. Would love a side story with the answer as well.

Cool Question. They used to intro other champs before fights too. Almost a selfless act.

I read a lot of turn of the century newspapers, and after most of the big fights, there's interviews or colomns written by the participants. Those interviews where not likely to have taken place in the ring, but rather ringside or in the dressingrooms.

On TV would probably sometime in the late '40s or '50s as that's around the time TV became popular and, as a result, boxing and other sports on TV became more popular to air and watch.
