Roy Jones could easily be outside of the Top 10, could also very easily be inside the Top 10 like I have him.
So when you rank Roy Jones, you rank him exclusively as a light heavy? I think he was better at SMW.

I understand your point, but I think it's pretty clear that Harry Greb has a better resume than Roy Jones at light heavy.

My take as to why he quickly moved to Heavyweight was for the money and big fights but he had devastating power at 175 and could've made himself into a great Light Heavyweight.
no doubt. floyd patterson is another guy who could have been among the p4p greats imo had he not gon for the money at HW.

Fitzsimmons spent very little time at light heavy.

I rank Langford at middleweight where he was "colored" champion and at heavyweight where he won several titles.

I don't really agree with that. SRR was so good at middleweight you have to rank him there, and he has to be ranked at welterweight too, where he is near undisputed number 1.

If you agree with this I don't see how you can not rank Greb at light heavy as well as at middleweight. His light heavy resume really is not significantly weaker than his middleweight one.

Fun fact, it was on this day in 1923 Tunney fought Greb the second time.

I do have Robinson ranked highly both at WW and MW but that's mainly due to the fact Robinson's much greater at MW than Greb is at LHW.

I think it is, for sure. Greb's got a great resume at LHW certainly and the #10 spot was between him and Roy on my list but I gave it to Roy for that reason. I felt Roy deserved a place on my list.

Grebs light heavy resume may not be as good as Robinsons middleweight resume, but it is surely better than RJJ's light heavy resume which is the point. Either he has a top 10 resume or he doesn't, his ranking at another weight shouldn't be a factor.
