Best puncher from Mexico?

Carlos Zarate to me is the #1 puncher from Mexico, but that is definitely up for debate.
"Rock a bye" Rubin "El Púas" Olivares was one of my favorites.
To me Sanchez and Marquez could punch but I would not consider them punchers.
And I was present for two of Jose Luis Lopez's fights, the first when he went toe to toe with Yori boy Campas and the other when he retired on his stool in Guanajuato, Mexico (I had a boxer fighting on the same card) too bad all Lopez liked to do was smoke weed, snort coke and surf because he could punch and had a great chin.

Chavez for sure, good body puncher, accurate and a real warrior. Sounds like I need to check out a Carlos Zarate career set too though.
