I think he'd smoke Michael Moorer.

One thing that gets overlooked with Sanders is that he actually had pretty good boxing talent that he displayed earlier in his career. So he'd be capable of beating plenty of good but not great fighters who could be outboxed.

Basically. Outside of Wlad, Sanders never even beat a top 10 heavyweight contender. Based on that, it's pretty presumptuous to pick him over any truly great fighters.

Wlad didn't prepare well enough for the fight, it was his own problem. Sanders beat Wlad, hence that's all we know. He beat him comfortably as well.

Lennox Lewis was the greatest fighter Rahman would beat. Because he beat him
yeah, but then the question doesnt have much sense as the answer could be any fighter.

he could have beat ali 1 out of 20 I assume.

Ken Norton is one of the chinniest heavyweights so I cant say Sanders couldnt clip him. But even thats a long shot.

                So Wlad.

Why? putting aside his loss to Jose Luis Garcia, he's only been knocked out by some of the hardest punchers ever in the heavyweight division.

Admittedly, they were early knockdowns but still.

Sanders could have upset many of the past greats. He gave both the Klitschko brothers one of their toughest fights. I'd say Sanders could have knocked out just about anybody with that left hook.

I agree. it does make him difficult to pick over any atg but I think conditioning and lack of foucs had alot to do with his losses. he took golf much more seriously than boxing from what Ive heard
