Can you please explain what similarities you see between them?
Did you compare them because both are pressure fighters or was it something else?

I just see similarities in their come forward defence ... GGG instantly reminded me of Julio but I did think it could just be me

haha thats true but I mentioned "if you like Joe you might like Chisora" because Joe is obviously extremely famous in boxing and Chisora is probably less heard of

But its true Chisora couldn't lace Fraziers boots he's just a cheap paper copy of Joe

If you like the quick flashiness (and cherry picking) of Floyd Mayweather, you'll love Sugar Ray Leonard, especially later in his career.

What similarities do you see between them? I'm curious to know if you think they are similar stylistically or if they share some traits.

if u liked sugar ray robinson, u woulda liked Donald curry at least up until the honeyghan fight. precision combos thrown in a blur and the legs to attack, circle or move in and out. check him out in his wwt reighn and see for yourself

If you like the Heavy weight division of today then you will love the big fella Butterbean similar in many many ways predominately the lack of boxing skill also every punch is loaded up slow and designed to end the fight the physiques are also very similar no wonder the klits dominate when you fight fat guys in a boxing match they are extremely likely to loose especially if you fight as cautiously as a Klit or especially Wlad the lack of any footwork and slipping and countering is also a huge similarity between Butter bean and Half of todays heavies

If you like Pernell Whitaker then you should like Hilario Zapata they are both southpaws who use tremendous footwork ring knowledge and vision to out slick just about everyone they ever faced neither one had overwhelming power though both were capable of the KO and boxed circles around their opponents Sweet Pea had faster hands and probably the superior vision but Zapata was a great finisher when he got you in trouble both were hard to hit with anything that meant something both had great balance and could counter from anyangle the biggest difference was Pernell had a better chin so would willingly go the distance to humiliate you where as Zapata always knew one punch could change the fight and he would try to stop you as soon as he could they both also would willingly fight the best fighters in the world and did not duck other fighters

If you like Alexis Arguello then you will like Gerald Mclellan both had explosive power and would throw the upstairs downstairs combo with percision and power and could both finish in dramatic fashion and if you like them then you would love Vincente Saldivar he looks like both of them but very smooth and paced himself well he looks like he is fighting to music or punches to the rhythm of a metronome one of the most beautiful styles I have ever seen there is a rhythm or practiced percision to his punches that is unmatched in any fighter I have ever seen

If you like blood Diego Corales Arturo Gatti and Jorge Paez are the ones for you they all bled and bled early in fights and still usually won in the end also Jerry Quarry was one of the ATG bleeders

That's actually a common misconception. The only fights which Quarry had major cuts were against Ali and Frazier.

yes it is a common misconception and he did not get cut all that much certainly not like the other 3 I named for sure but his fight with Ken Norton was stopped due to cuts also and his second fight in the early 80's though he went the distance and won he had a horific cut that took 60+ stitches to close
