If the decision is reversed and the outcome gets more controversial, it doesn't count.

Many of the fighters named had wins that could have gone either way.

So then everybody, including all-time greats, have either controversial wins or close wins that could have gone either way?

Undoubtedly. When a fight goes the distance it can often be far from clear who really deserved the decision as it is not easy to score a fight. Also it puts into perspective those who doubt Mayweather because of Castillo I, Calzaghe because of Hopkins, Chavez because of Whitaker, bla bla bla....it shows that these people do not possess any perspective themselves.

I don't recall Michael Carbajal having any gift decisions.

                Same for Khaosai Galaxy.

I had Bazooka Gomez winning over Rocky Lockbridge, but I understand that a lot of people didn't.

                  Pernell whittaker,,

i could be wrong but i dont think any of his wins were controversial,,,

he had some highly debatable loses,, but all his wins were legit,,,

Only guy i can think of,,,

and roy jones,,, maybe the first tarver fight,, it was close but i havent heard many people think it was a robbery

I would describe the first Rivera fight as controversial.
