Mayweather, Arguello, Tunney, Loughran, Ali, Louis
All the great technicians...
I'll say this for Emmanuel Augustus Burton, he may not have been an all around great fighter but he had a great sense of timing too.

Joe Louis had a great sense oftiming too, most of his knock outs came from eerily well timed punch.
And lastly ali's knock out of Foreman had to more to do with George being tired than Ali knocking him out.

Timing..Joe Louis for one, he was not rated #1 puncher ever for nothing. Such perfect punching technique, no wasted movements and could generate so much power with such short punches. The footwork helped him out a lot though.
Tyson and Ali too, and for the smaller guys I think Arguello.
