    I think both could've been successful because their styles translate well. At minimum, either could've grabbed a belt. Savon's chance of being top dog is less tho given his era and potential chin issues

      It is fairly obvious watching stevenson that he was supremely talented. I htink he would have been an all time great...adjustments? yes and then? the guy had the speed of a middleweight, the power of the elite heavies and the cunning of an eagle. His feet were fast as the flash...If he did work as a pro he would have been unmatched at his time.

      Sure the Cubans fought in a "style" that was good for the ammys... But they knew the fight game, cuban fighters still kick an amazing amount of tale per capita!
