Holyfield had all the tools to beat Frazier. He does not need to dance, just sidestep. He sidesteps in many of his bouts.

Mathis did not have the conditioning, Quarry cut. Ali beat Frazier 2/3 stopping him in fight 3.

Ali was 5 months removed from a 3.5 year layoff. If you believe Ali would be where he needed to be with this scenario then you are exhibiting further your inadequacies. A fitter/busier Ali beat Joe in fight 2 and 3. Stopping him in Manila. Results tell the tale.

Regarding the K brothers they lack heart. One quit on his stool giving up his championship because his shoulder “hurt too much”. The other fell like a sack of potato’s in laughable fashion against Purrity (a bum), Brewster (a nothing) and Sanders (a nobody). Rewatch those bouts and note how Wlad cracks like glass. Then look at Ali beating over and over some of the most devastating punchers in boxing history.

Smarten up, you are lost. I’ll give you a few more days to improve if not you are going on ignore.

      - -U already on ignorant.

Ali lost the biggest fight of his career to a stubby, one armed half blind fighter with his good eye near poked out by Mercante and on blood pressure meds.

Who finished dead last in Superstars competition.

Oh the shame of the Shameless!

True that Frazier spent weeks in the hospital after his bout with Ali in 1971. This Ali was only five months removed from a 3.5 year layoff however.

A much more active Ali beat Joe both in fight 2 and three stopping Joe in Manila.

Joe had all the intrinsic qualities of an ATG. He had physical limitations with his right side that would limit his success vs many prime ATG heavyweights.

Yeah, Joe was rubbish. He lost to the guy who lost to Berbick.

Never said he was rubbish. Those are your words. He was a fighter with ATG intrinsic attributes akin the Marciano, Dempsey. If he had that one missing piece of the puzzle, right hand coordination, he would be within everyone’s top ten ATG heavyweight champions listing without fail.

I wouldn't really say the K brothers lack heart, just technical ability. That shoulder injury Vitali had in that fight led to that shoulder having to actually be surgically repaired, so that was a serious injury and Vitali would show his heart in his other loss to Lennox Lewis with that awful cut he had. He never quit there, the ref stopped the fight, rightly of course. Still not saying I rank them top 10 though. And I would say Wlad lacked chin. When Wlad hooked up with Emanuel Stewart, he had a trainer who taught him to protect that shaky chin and didn't start losing again until after Stewart's death. Wlad probably should have retired by then and went out on top like his brother, but few fighters do.

True, but some still lean towards Joe Louis as #1 all time at heavyweight. But even if they do, they still agree that Ali has the best resume at heavyweight and rank Louis first because of longevity with the title and technical ability. So it's a matter of if someone wants to go with the guy that held the title the longest or the one who beat the most top heavyweight and became the first to hold the lineal title 3 times.
