He wasnt the best fighter, but samuel peter had a very heavy and damaging jab when he used it. He knocked down james toney in the rematch with it, and it wasnt an off balance shot, peter just got all his force behind it and dropped him and i think toney was alittle dazed, not hurt but def dazed
