    Did eddie futch get enough credit for his fighters performances against ali?

    Both frazier and norton did so well against ali. How much was it eddies fight plan?

    He gets a lot more credit for Norton. Futch replaced Yank Durham as Joe's trainer after his death. It was Durham who trained Frazier in the first Ali fight. Frazier was a finished product when Futch got him.

            Rich Giachetti was Holmes' trainer until after he was champion. He deserves most of the credit.
