  • Best they faced!

If any of you were in NSB awhile ago I posted something called best I've faced articles I copied and pasted from fighters about they best they fought but there's alot of fighters that don't have em and since this is the most knowledgable place in boxing scene I figured we could all make our own about fighters who don't have one like Ali Frazier depmsy Tyson etc...

It could be fun for you history guys to make up the best they faced and why you think why.

    Criteria:
    Best jab
    Best footwork
    Fastest hands
    Hardest puncher
    Best chin
    Strongest
    Best defense
    Toughest fight

I don't have one of my own till I do more research on fighters.
But it can give us all something to do since this section can be really dead at times and you won't have to waste your time arguing with people who don't know anything. Just a thought y'all should give it a try I'll post mine in a week feel free to post yours before

HAS TO HAVE DETAILS WHY NOT JUST A LIST...

            Tommy hearns

            Best jab: Srl

            Best foot work: benitez

            Fastest hands: Srl

            Hardest puncher: Hagler/Barkley

            Best chin: hagler/Barkley

            Strongest: hagler

            Best defense: Benitez

Toughest fight: James kinchen( that was a tough fight for Tommy. Or the first Leonard fight.

            Pernell Whitaker:

            Best jab: not sure.

Best footwork: Nelson/Mcgurt/that Cuban guy he knocked out intge last round.

Fastest hands: not sure sweet pea was pretty fast in his prime and made lots of people look slow but Mcgurt/Nelson weren't exactly slow and neither was roger mayweather so idk.

            Hardest puncher: trinadad/roger may/Chavez

Best chin: poli Diaz/Chavez/de la Hoya

            Strongest: Chavez/Trinidad

Best defense: not sure man he could find a opening damn near anywhere.

Toughest fight: Chavez/and his 154 pound title fight not because it was so hard for him to win but that extra weight he was tiny for ww so 154 was really pushing. If not any of these then those fights on pros vs joes. Hahaha

What about Ortiz? Ismael Laguna? Fuji was a major league puncher. As were Hernandez, and many others. Locche fought a lot of great fighters.

I would think that Laguna had the fastest hands. He was very quick. certainly faster than Cervantes.

                    I would go with

                    Locche:

                    Best jab - Ortiz
Best footwork - Laguna (Brown might deserve a mention if not for being ancient)
                    Fastest hands - Laguna
Hardest puncher - Hernandez caught him good, his chopping right hand was one of the most dangerous punches in 140 lb history
Best chin - Tough to say, Locche wasn't really one to test an opponent's chin
                    Strongest - Pruitt, Cervantes
                    Best defense - 'Peppermint' Fraser
Toughest fight - Domingo Barrera (broke his left arm and suffered a badly bleeding cut)

Obviously mere speculation without a word from the man himself.
