The only major issue with Ali for me is his treatment of Frazier.

He was pretty nasty to Patterson too.

There was a time when I respected Ali for refusing to be drafted... now it just makes me sick.

The two most popular (and by popular, I mean star power. Not universal love) were Ray Leonard and Mike Tyson. Not sure who was really bigger as Ray didn't have the same PPV market or at least not as long.

As much as I hate him, I still have to place Oscar De La Hoya ahead of Leonard there. He was the beneficiary of a tremendous job by his promoter and a more developed PPV market.

I respect his ring skills, even though he was overrated. It is his phoniness and lack of character that I hate.

That's all I really want to say about that here.

for what its worth i didnt like delahoya after the 2nd chavez fight the way he behaved was pathetic doing hip thrusts and looking like a complete jerk he acted and talked like he beat a prime chavez , also the way he ran at the latter end of the trinadad fight and the way he whined when he lost decisions.

The man is loved by most people who saw him at his best and even new fans love him for basically how badass he was
