How many rounds would Valuev have lasted against Prime Lewis

Depends on Lewis's mood. I think there's a better chance of Valuev's corner calling it quits than Valuev being outright KO'd. After a couple of rounds it would be very uncompetitive with Valuev getting hit at will. His corner would save him from further embarrassment.

He'd have close to no chance of beating him except for a very lucky punch.
It's hard to speculate amount of rounds he'd last as it's entirely up to how Lewis approach the fight.
I could easily see it go 12 rounds and i could see him being stopped in the early rounds. But he's severely outclassed.

Lurch gets slaughtered. I doubt he'd see the 6th without the ref ending the carnage and putting the Yeti out of our misery.

haven't used this phrase in a while:
he'd knock him pillar to pole
i can just see valuev throwing his gloves up and not even knowing what was hitting him.
i can also see lewis being taken back by the height of a guy who is almost a foot taller than what he's used to seeing and taking a few rounds to figure out the best way to land his big shots
lewis was a brutal puncher. power is the language of the HW division. landing and taking it is your chief task. everybody can hurt you at HW, and it does not have to be a perfect punch.
lewis was such a great fighter. eventually he'd finish the fight by getting valuev to duck and cower into the path of some big punches. cant see it going any other way. they could fight 1000 times and valuev honestly wouldnt win a round.
five or six rounds. TKO. i think he stays on his feet. that's a huge man. it's no coincidence that he's hard to take off his feet, even with his lacking skill set and athletic qualityLast edited by New England; 05-30-2012, 06:12 PM.

If Valuev had one thing going for him besides his size, it was his chin. He took punches very well, although not from anyone who could hit like Lennox. But Lewis was a safety first fighter and I see Valuev losing every single round but still going the distance.
