    A LOT of "WTF" moments
I don't know whether to laugh or cry though.

It's supposed to be a boxing publication for boxing fans, but it seems to be written by journalists without great knowledge of the history of the sport.

Either that or they expect their readership to be ignorant so they feel they have to put recognisable names like De La Hoya, Tyson and Calzaghe in instead of the likes of Rosenbloom, McFarland and Driscoll just so their readers don't feel lost.

    Either way it's pretty depressing!

Red - Should be ranked less great.
Blue - Should be ranked greater.
      Green - Top 10 P4P.

Only tried to pick out what I feel are the most glaring errors. Obviously there is a lot more I disagree with.

I'm happy Johnson was included. Rarely do you see him included in these lists.

Think he's probably higher than #75 though.

Few names there he's definitely higher than for sure.

Wins against Moore and Charles > Anything on Ketchel and Dempsey's resume and look where they are sitting.

And people forget that's just the top of the pile. Ezzard Charles and Archie Moore.

His resume is deeper than a lot think. He beat a lot of the Top ranked fighters between 175 and Heavyweight, well into double figures.

Guys like Jimmy Bivins and Bert Lytell are HOF calibur opponents IMO. Also Pastrano is a HOF'er but he's probably the least deserving HOF'er ever. Or atleast one of them.

People forget that he has wins over two of Sonny Liston's best wins - Valdez and Machen.

            His resume is very deep.

              He lost to Pastrano though.

I'm displeased with a lot of this list, particularly Ross at No. 39 and 22 spots below Canzoneri? I don't think so. All three (Canzi, McLarnin, Ross) are Top 20 imo. Ross is 4-1 against the other two, with additional wins over Petrolle and Battalino. His record isn't as deep as some other candidates, but considering his top wins and the fact that he rarely lost so much as a fight...

I'm guessing they're basing their list more to do with skills as opposed to resume.

That's the only way I can see how they have Canzoneri so far ahead of Ross and Mclarnin.

Both Ross and Mclarnin are criminally low.

Although not in the direct positions of, I'd quickly swap Johnson, Ketchel, Saddler, Tunney, Dempsey, Marciano and Holmes out of the top 25 in favor of Charles, Walker, Ross, McLarnin, Fitzsimmons, Burley and Gavilan.
