Yes, but his 90's resume still trumps Eubank's easily.

Nah, Holyfields resume blows them both away.

Yeah,, George Dixon is a very good call, Young Griffo is also a one from that era who deserves a mention,, Frank Klaus also,, a master of the Infighting art (check out the thread on his book I did a few months back).

That is not true,,, I have mentioned Willie Pep many times in this forum,, and I have said often that he's easily among the top 5 pond for pound Boxers to ever live, the Will O' the Wisp was the most brilliant pure boxer I've ever seen,, a genius,, a freak with so much speed to burn and awesome reflexes and a sixth sense when it came to avoiding punches but always in position to hit his guy 4 times in the blink of an eye,, and footwork to die for, not only that, the guy was also very tough ( a fact usually overlooked, but a fact nonetheless ),,,, it looked as if he couldnt be hit, but all boxers get hit,,,, just some hate to admit it.

It got a bit quiet for a while mate and I was starting to repeat myself, and besides I have yet to complete My Les Darcy thread on the Raymond Swanwick book, which no one seems able to get their hands on, I was tempted to pop in because I just watched Barnburners video (which he kindly sent to me by e-mail, along with all his other fine vids,),, on the Mayweather V DeLaHoya fight. Neither of those two are favourites of mine and basically I wasn't impressed by either fighter in that fight, and one of the commentators actually said Floyd was no Sugar Ray Robinson/Leonard.... and I totally agree,, I also agree that its not fair of me to judge either fighter by one fight.
