    But it gets more complicated... I'm 6'2" but I've got a large frame (broad shoulders, big hands, feet, etc.) so that even when i'm perfectly lean i'm still about 210 lbs. But at 210 I'd get to be a small heavyweight and get the crap knocked out of me by a bunch of 6'4" 240 guys - so wouldn't it make more sense if I was a fighter for me to fight below my optimal weight, at say 200, so that even though I might not perform as well I'd still have a size advantage over alot the guys that I fight?

      i believe than when a fighter reaches his "prime", that weight is his natural weight. so ali's weight would be something like 212, and louis 195, and tyson 223.

        what about if your fat in your prime is that your fighting weight ?

              well, i'm talking about if you're not fat (and that's most fighters). toney is probably at the most a natural lightheavyweight.
