    Natural Weight!

How would you determine what a fighter's natural weight is? Would it be by a certain age, or the fact that a person has stayed at a certain weight for a long period of time or what?

This is a very interesting question. Probably an important one, too, if you're a boxer - how do you determine the weight at which you will be the most effective and therefore have the greatest chance of success? I have no clue...

natural weight changes as we age as well. our bodies change the way they utilize food and energy and it shows in our shapes and weights as we age. i know i am 26 now and i used to be lean and muscular and now i am bulky and as each year passes my neck seems to be engulfed by my shoulders. not fat but bulky muscle instead of lean.
