                couple names missing from the original list, andy ganigan n the Russian guy who fought outta japan, I think he got joey gamache's belt, what was his name? cant remember his name but I just remembered another lightweight with ridiculouspower, tracy spann

                  He wasn't the hardest punching lightweight ever, but a shout out to Tony Baltazar. He was a popular TV fighter in the 1980's. Nothing really special about him except for his tremendous left hook. It was a game changer.

                  Anyone remember him?

                    I do. His dad used to post around boxing forums(Kiki). I think here too.

                    I just watched Baltazar's fight with Howard Davis Jr. again the other day.

                      Obviously Duran is up there. Also, Edwin Rosario had to be one of the hardest punching lightweights in history.
