Who took Harold Johnson to a SD for the title & had a ring magazine FOTY with Jose Torres.

I don't know much about the fighter. But I wonder if he's related to that horrible ref from the Lewis-Tyson fight.

One of the first title fights I remember watching on TV was an old Eddie Cotton getting robbed in MSG against hometown favorite Jose Torres. My perception of boxing may have been very young then, but I wasn't imagining all the booing after the decision.
