    John H. Stracey-best British welterweight?

Is he? He stopped Napoles, Hedgemon Lewis and Ernie Lopez. Don't know of any other British ww with such resume. One of the hardest punchers at 147 too. He did well early on against Palomino also, Palomino was just too slick and crafty.
