"The Statesville Sensation",...... does it again. Hey JAB, Tony DeMarco is my #1 pick as the Hardest WW ****er of them all, nothing I've read but purely from watching him in action is what prompts me to say that. You have really nailed it with this thread, I haven't read the article yet, but I can't wait,............. I think the nomen "The Statesville Sensation" suits you,.... after all It's a boxing forum.

looked pretty damn good for somebody so ancient ^^

on a more serious note, the north end is where i learned about cities
i used to take the train in to the boston garden, which is now the TD garden and check out the bruins games. my father used to take me and my brother. cam neeley, adam oats, ray brogue. don't get me started. boston bruins are world champions.

still get there once and a while but not nearly as often because the tickets are so outrageous at that place now.
and a sam adams (they brew the **** in the ****ing city) is like 8 bucks .
and a small hot dog is like 7 bucks. highway robbery.

the rink is ABOVE the train station. you don't even need to wear a heavy jacket. anybody who has been there (Fightfan will tell you,) knows that the north end is a great part of what has shaped into a hell of a city.

the best pizza IN THE WORLD comes from the north end
          not new york
          not chicago
          the friggin north end

          italians and greeks baby
          italians and greeks

speaking of italians, tony demarco is one of those guys that put absolutely everything into punches

          you gotta love dig that.

i'd love to see him in a fight with a prime miguel cotto, right after he hit 147
when he boxed the least and looked to be at the height of his power physically

i don't think it would be more than three or four rounds
