Williams has wins over Cocoa Kid x3, Jack Portney, Jackie Burke, Charley Burley x3, Eddie Dolan x2, Izzy Jannazzo, Joe Legon, Antonio Fernandez x2. Jose Basora x2, Kid Tunero x3, Joe Carter x3, Eddie Booker, Steve Belloise, Jack Chase 4x, Lloyd Marshall, Tiger Wade, Bert Lytell, Archie Moore, Bob Satterfield.
He is actually number 12 on my all time list with Fitzsimmons being omitted in this case (probably had 100+ but I have no proof of that). He's a top 15 ATG in terms or resume if I ever saw one, you'd be hard pressed to fins 15 more deserving fighters than him. He has the best record of anyone from the BMR and Burley is normally around or outside the top 20. He's just very underrated and not in that many lists at all to begin with so it might look a bit strang at first glance but when I look at his record it makes perfect sense to me, just my opinion though.

It flies in the face of all my support for Ike on any post where I've mentioned him, He had over 150 fights and he had it all as far as I'm Concerned,..... I truly meant to write UNDER, instead of Over. I don't see him prominent on enough lists around here,...... great fighter,. I mean Moore, Burley and Jack, that's for starters. Ike's demolition of Beau Jack was awesome to behold,.......... gotta go and EDIT now !!!!!,...... lol.
