Who had the greatest righ hand of all time?

Arguello is my honorable mention, but any right hand that puts Roberto freaking Duran out cold deserves it's spot at the top. Tommy Hearns all day.

for people picking Hearns for his straight right, you should rethink that statement.
Hearns had a good straight right but not the best. Hearns big punch was actually more of a right hook. Often called a hearns 'right hand', because boxing critiques like to think that punch doesn't exist outside of a southpaw stance.
Arguello on the other hand, had an incredible straight right, as did Earnie Shavers. Those are 2 debilitating straight right hands I can think of.
That being said, Hearns straight was still upper echelon, just not the BEST, like I said.Last edited by them_apples; 07-24-2011, 12:35 PM.
