    I also loved Ruben Olivares, Carlos Zarate, Alfonso Zamora & Lupe Pintor, but not as much as I did Cuevas. From Olivares thru Pintor was a golden era in the bantamweight division.
    Loved Cuevas too.


    I also think the original list put up by The Surgeon was good I cannot disagree with Chavez being #1 and Olivares was a great but sometimes forgotten warrior.

          El Terrible is still active along with some others that have been mentioned like Barrera so i havent included them but i would have otherwise

            Love the inclusionof Arizmendi but can't see how he is greater than Palomino my man.

                His Armstrong wins didnt hurt him or his long career as apposed to Palomino having a mere 38 fights but i was gonna put in Palomino over him actually, like i said its hard man! Someone always gets shafted

                Becerra was another who nearly made the cut but i dont know quite enough about him to feel comftable putting him in over some of these greats

                    He was pretty ****in good tho Dan, he was 71-5-2 when he retired at the ripe old age of 24! I dunno, mabey he didnt deserve to make the list mabey he didnt but **** it he didnt make mine!

                    When Marquez, Barrera and Morales retire they all make the list and with some ease btw

                      Oh absolutely, he was very good.

                      It's just Mexico have produced such truely amazing fighters he just wouldn't have a place on mine.

                      Morales and Barrera most definitely would be included in mine. Not so sure about Marquez, personally. As much as you will dislike that
