Bowe fighting to his full potential certainly had the ability to defeat Tyson. But Bowe fighting to his full potential is one of those once-in-a-lifetime events. Like Halley's Comet.

Bowe should win. Would he? Who knows?

I mean he's big, he can fight inside, he can fight outside, he had the chin to take Tyson's punches, but Bowe was never reliable.

No, I meant Tyson's. I'm not saying he fought Tyson, I meant that I think he proved in his career he would be able to take Tyson's punches if they had fought.

Eh, maybe, maybe not. Holyfield hurt Bowe on several occasions and I wouldn't put him in the same class of puncher as Tyson.

Bowe's prime lasted about a month. I'll take Tyson.

Plus when Bowe grew up in Brooklyn, Tyson had a killer reputation on the streets. I think there would be some subconscious intimidation built in.
