I used to like Johnson in this match-up but, after studying Dempsey closely. It's apparant he has a lot of skill and I think he'll get inside Johnson Round 5. Johnson defense was good but, I would take Dempseys offense over Johnsons defence resulting in a Dempsey TKO6, most probably by ref-stoppage or corner retirement.
