I'd put Tito at the top of that list just because Tito was undefeated (well...technically) and Hopkins just crushed him. It was never even a close fight.
I agree that the Trinidad fight is number one. That fight is what really sent Hopkins to superstar status and the big money fights. He also became undisputed champion after going into that fight as the underdog.
