It's a close fight. Louis was never unbeatable, but I see him probably beating rocky because he's got sharper punches. rocky really doesn't know how to snap his punches (nobody taught him?) hence why he would have to wear his opponents down.
This will always be a close fight, lots of people talking Louis up like in his prime he would kill Rocky, is unlikely. Let's not forget the trouble he had with a guy like Tony Galento.
He didn't have any trouble with Galento of serious note. He suffered a flash knockdown in a fight he won every second of, & he left the arena having battered Galento's previously undentable chin into sheer oblivion.
