Cooney was still a top heavyweight with a big name while Tyson was fighting. Tyson fought everyone out there except for Cooney.

actually it's very plausible.. Cooney had a terrible chin.. and very bad defense too. Tyson by KO in the first 5 rounds. espescially the cooney Tyson wouldve faced

all these men considerably past prime and shot. period. Lyle an young Wouk have beat cooney in their primes hands down. cooney made a name of himself by beating past prime contenders and bums.
