And I dont mean simply they never initiated clinches: I mean they were almost never found in a clinch period. If someone started grabbing them, they would simply push them off or jump away from the grab in the first place. I understand all fighters end up in the situation, but who did it happen to the least?

George Foreman comes to mind. anyone else?

Prime Thomas Hearns. He didn't even seem to know how to clinch in the Leonard fight. Also Margarito in his prime as well as Felix Trinidad.

I've only ever seen Barrera clinch at the end of the third Morales fight when he was almost too tired to stand and I've never seen El Terrible clinch.
