Did you not read what I said? It's misused now, originally it was only given to Cuban fighters who turned pro and fought in the US at extremely young ages, hence the moniker. Kid Chocolate, Kid Paret, etc.Comment

Yes I read what you said, did you read what I said ?.
Kid Kaplan from the Ukraine / Russia and Kid McCoy from America are the earliest Kids I can think of, then there is Kid Berg from England and I'm sure some others which I can't think of atm, all of which are from before the Cuban 'kids'.
I really don't see how it was meant only for Cuban boxers, maybe it's a traditional thing there but that's it.
