Its an excellent uppercut but hard too rate one single punch as the greatest ever,a beautiful knockout though

Pretty famous one. I'm partial to Ibeabuchi-Byrd.

It catches him right on the tip of the chin.

Ibeabuchi's left-hook knocked byrd down but Saad Muhammad's Leveled Mwale

It was an uppercut, not a left hook. Don't listen to Lampley's commentary. It knocked him senseless, left him staggering around with drool streaming out of his mouth and refusing to acknowledge he was knocked down. I find that infinitely more satisfying than Saad's, which is more noteworthy for accuracy than anything else. That's what partiality is.

This vid has been posted many times and it's always a joy. Saad had one of the best offenses in boxing and his fights seemed always to be one long highlight.

The uppercut in question was real nasty and is one of the best I've seen. I remember Michael Spinks throwing a lethal one as well although I have forgotten the opponent.

It was almost a hybrid of the two but I think its more of an uppercut myself after just watching it several times again.
