I give him a fair amount of credit for being only the second man to stop John Ruiz, only ever being stopped before by David Tua which can happen to anybody. He won the title by beating the biggest heavyweight champion in history in foreign territory.

I'm not saying he is as good as Lewis, but he is still good.

Haye at cruiser would still probably beat Cooper lol IMO.

Haye's fight with Valuev was 2nd only to Haye vs Harrison as the worst fights in Heavyweight history

But its still impressive that a former CW beat the biggest HW titlist of all time on away ground tho.

I think Haye has a poor stamina and a lack of confidence in it, thats why he dosnt let his hands go too much.

Nobodys kidding themselves he is as good as Lewis but he is very dangerous

100 years old holyfield beat the "biggest heavyweight champion in history" 1 year before haye did.

yes i agree he is very dangerous and i give him a huge shout of beating Vitali but feel Wlad will KO him.. Vitali is completely shot and his legs have gone so Haye could beat him, yet all this talk about reirement in october makes me feel Haye is running scared

cooper would have beaten valuev too, with a good strategy not a big problem at all..

Ok the Harrison fight was a stinker but the Haye-Valuev fight must have been better than a few Ruiz fights, he was in loads of stinkers Lol.

yes Ruiz was in loads of snoozers yet i cannot recall one of them being as bad as Haye vs Valuev... Haye only threw 7 punches in 12rds and got the decision for refusing to engage the big guy in a boxing match, Ruiz mostly threw at least twice that number of punches in his fights.. and dont forget Ruiz fought Valuev twice and was robbed

Yeah? Thats unusual most people think he has a better shot at Wlad because of the glass jaw! Vitali is slower and more static, he has a good chin as shown in the Lewis fight but he isnt made of steel, Saunders buzzed him a bit if i remember right (?) and Vitali hasnt had to take a decent punch in years, so while id start both as favourites over him he has a real shot at both in my opinion

On the ducking i dunno man, at first it looked like Haye to me but then Wlad. Who knows but he needs a Klitchko to get in the ring with him soonish!
