    When should Holyfield have retired?

At what point in his career would have been the perfect time for him to call it a day in your opinion?

When he was stopped by Toney. Holyfield claimed he'd retire if he was beaten up in the ring. That's the night he should have called it a career.

I think he could have gone out with his dignity and a fine effort after the second Lewis fight.

I agree with this completely, but he did have some decent wins after that fight, despite clearly being past his best

                After Lennox outlanded him 348-130.

Evan was fortunate to escape with a draw and his titles, shouldve quit then.

Did not Larry O'Connell the British judge who had refereed or judged most of Lewis pro fights score it a draw?

Holyfield should have retired after losing to Rid**** Bowe by KO in their 3rd fight...
