Id favor a prime frazier in this match up. By late TKO or decision. I saw another thread here and i will post a link to it, where someone writes out a "Script" as to how the fight plays out.

I change my mind on this one very often. Over 12 rounds I'll go with a close Holyfield decision today. He would take a fair old beating for his efforts though, we all know what happened when Holy met the inferior protege 'Smokin' Bert Cooper.

To be honest I could see either man winning, I could make a fair case on both sides of the argument. But I think we are looking at a close decision either way.

This is a truly 50-50 fight, as much as any fight I can think of. I would say Frazier by VERY close decision, disputable decision maybe, because Holyfield would definitely fight his fight and Frazier would do enough damage to win. Holyfield was very good at inside fighting and his size and roughness would deter Frazier.

Ultimately the two would spend all night in close quarters, beating the hell out of each other. Corrales-Castillo I style, for 12 rounds.

It's worth pointing out that Holyfield did beat Tyson. You don't get a better comparison to Frazier than Mike (at Heavyweight). I'd even say Mike was better. Mike was however on the decline, but so was Holyfield.

            Gotta go with Holyfield...

Very tough fight, but I have to lean towards Holyfield.

Holyfield had a monster chin and was a good counter-puncher. I am sure he would try to bully Frazier on the inside. He's a toe to toe fighter, which could get him into some serious predicaments against Frazier and his left hook, but I think Holyfield is too skilled and too durable.

Like Holyfield, Frazier had great heart as he showed in the first Foreman fight. Holyfield had good power, but I can't see him stopping Frazier.

Holyfield edges out a decision, but leaves the fight looking as bad as Frazier.

This is pretty much it. Awesome, awesome war, though. Can you imagine the exchanges?

Holly beat Tyson after his 4 year lay-off(In prison)

Frazier was easily better than" post prison" Tyson.

Gotta go with Frazier in a late round stoppage.
