Holyfield would come over the top of him and win

Holyfield was just a machine who would weather anything even Haye could throw at him. Haye would get worn down and possibly stopped late.

Haye speed gets overplayed. I've seen rocks look fast next to Valuev.

If Rid**** Bowe, who was about the size of a tractor, couldn't put Holy away, how the hell would Haye? Bowe was superior in every way except speed and Holyfield still saw the last bell in the first fight and won the second.

hayes stamina would let him down big time and hed get stopped against any great fighter(cruiserweight or heavyweight) in their prime.

This comes down to who has more grit and who's tougher and I think that's Holyfield by a long way. Haye at cruiserweight always had a fragile feel about him.

Holyfield would take this easily. Hurting Holyfield and putting him down was nearly impossible. He's been in the ring and took some of the hardest shots from some of biggest hitters in history. His chin is way better than Haye's.

David Haye would have to land heavy punch after punch for him to have a chance. Especially at Cruiserweight. Holyfield even had the better foot work and we know he could go to war for 12 straight rounds.

And forget about Haye winning a boxing match between the two. He's does have a punchers chance, but not so much against Holyfield.

I see Holyfield winning by TKO in the later rounds.
