You know better than that Sonny..

Sure thing against 90's Holyfield, but not as a 50 year old.

Worth a tenner in the hope of winning 100 quid i suppose, but it'd have to be after quite a few beers so far as i'm concerned.

Haye has excellent speed and power and good boxing skills due to his amateur heritage. But his 12 round stamina, workrate (even at cruiserweight) and punch restance are very doubtful.

Holyfield beats or equals him in every area barring one punch KO power.

Holyfield takes this one prime for prime at cruiserweight. A likely stoppage.

Mickey.. i just have a feelin that Holyfield would do him, Holyfields performances against Valuev & Savarese was more than enough to pose a huge problem to David Haye who has not proved himself yet at Heavyweight, also Haye is far too inactive in my opinion which again is in Holyfield's favor.. i hope the fight comes off and is in the UK as i would go and watch it.

Both were a force to be reckoned with at that weight class, i would probably go with holyfield to win a close 115-113 decision.

Haye was excellent at cruiser but Holyfield is probably the greatest cruiser ever. And he fought and beat much better opposition than Haye at that weight. I think Holyfield would stop Haye in about 10 rounds. Holyfield had unbelievable stamina at that weight and was a 15 round fighter. He would break Haye down

I would fear for Holyfield, he didn't avoid too many of Botha's punches and Haye punches so much faster than Valuev or Savaresse.

I think Holyfield's only chance would be to hope that Haye was too respectful and didn't unload his full artiliary early on. That and Haye gets unluckily caught late in the fight when he is tired.

I really cant see Holyfield winning that one at all.

Now 20 years ago its a completely different story. I dont give Haye much chance against that Holyfield at all.

His style is crap, his speed is over rated, his footwork is lousy and his level of competition is absolutely laughable.
To be fair I'm not one of those guys who has a loyalty to English fighters lol

its hard to imagine any cruiser weight pummeling holyfield. David Haye stands very little chance.
