Which athletes from other sports would make a good boxer??

I dunno if it has been done before on this board, but i think it could be good fun to name a few sports and then one or two athletes from said sport, who MIGHT have made a good boxer, mostly based on the persons physical and mental skills and toughneess. Judging a non-fighters chin will allways be guessing, so this should not be taken into consideration.

    I'll start:

Basketball - Lebron James (Yao Ming??)

Football - Ray lewis (Micheal Vick)

soccer - Carlos Tevez (Didier Drogba)

Tennis - Rafael Nadal (Andy Rod****??)

    Golf(hehe) - Tiger Woods

if you like, please name a few, and also, tell me what you think about mine

Just imagine if Shaq decided when he was twelve years old he wanted to be a boxing champ! Suppose he went through an amateur program til he was twenty three and went pro. hmmmmm

I always thought Jim Brown would have made a helluva heavyweight. He was big, fast, agile and had a chip on his shoulder.

Wilt Chamberlain ?, tall, fast, agile, huge reach.
He was supposed to fight Ali as well but his trainer talked him out of it.

Shaq would have knocked out Valuev easily, but I think the Klitschkos would win easy decisions or late stoppages if Shaq was at his best as a boxer.

He seems like he would have a good chin maybe not, but he is always in great shape. Shaq would have been scary in his prime as a boxer.

Although I think he did spend most of his career boxing.

                    Michael Vick
                    Vince Young
                    Ricky Williams
                    Dwight Howard
                    Lebron James
                    Adrian Petersen

These are all guys with tons of speed, power, athletic ability, and have proven throughout their careers that they're tough as nails and can take some huge hits. Ricky Williams is an incredible specimen and one of my all time favorite RB's.

Lebron James is a phenom and in any sport he chose he would be a huge success. A man of his size and build who moves like a point guard is unheard of. It's almost as if he's not human.
