Sven Ottke, WBA Super Middleweight Champ from the mid-1990s, was pretty awful. Didn't dare fight outside of Germany as he needed the ref and the judges to get him the results. Shameful that someone like him got to retire thinking of themselves as a long-reigning world champion.
