"One of Louis manger was a numbers runner and mob connected, He went to prison. Take a good guess as to why. Might he have " fixed some " fights?"
You do know that Walcott's manager ,[not MANGER lol] Felix Bocchicchio was a mob figure ,a murder suspect, , a close friend of
Public Enemy Owney Madden don't you? When Madden was released from Sing Sing Bocchicchio was outside waiting to pick him up.
Yo do know that the first Walcott v Marciano fight was scheduled for New York ,but moved to Philadelphia because Bocchicchio had a criminal record in NY ? John Roxborough ,Louis' manager was a numbers runner,he was never arrested for murder.nor was he a member of any mob ,as Bocchicchio was.
You do know you are a cretin don't you?

- Felix Bocchicchio (1906-1975) was a soldier in the Philadelphia crime family/. He was known for being a gambler and masterminded many burglaries and robberies in and around the Philadelphia area. He was known for fixing high profile boxing matches and once being a boxing manager to "Jersey Joe Walcott" from 1940's-1950's.
By the summer of 1936 Felix Bocchicchio had moved to Mount Ephraim NJ. He was known locally as "Man 'o War", apparently after the famous race horse. Involved in ********, he was already well known to police when picked up in Camden NJ in August of 1936 by Officer John V. Wilkie for involvement with pinball machines, which were considered illegal gaming devices at the time.
- In my safely removed view of him, Felix Bocchicchio will always remain a weirdly comedic figure, even though he was a prime suspect and accomplice in the murder of police detective Feitz in 1934 and multiple stickups ranging from Lancaster to South Jersey ranging back to 1925.
